Client Evaluations

I was disappointed with the CD. The plans had been not that superior. It could have provided more beneficial projects to take advantage of the Kreg Pocket Hole jig. I use my jig all the time, but did not use one plan on the CD.

I had the hardest time obtaining the cd to operate in my Apple/mac. The Cd was so badly formatted that it locked up the personal computer. Every little thing lastly loaded with the exception of a single file. I went to kregtool.com and put in a consumer service request for them to e-mail the one file, but they replied that its just a preview file of the projects. In short they didn't send it. Guess they want me to return the CD for a replacement ahead of they repair it.
The projects aren't pretty nicely organized. I was expecting a cut list on each a single of the projects. It just seems like they could have followed the same template for eveyone of the projects.
